10)b) One staff working on the date of the inspection who does serve food had an expired food worker card. Another staff assistant assigned to this site does not have documentation of a food worker card on file or in MERIT. 8) One staff assistant assigned to this site does not have documentation of completion of Blood Borne Pathogens training on file or in MERIT. This training is required annually by L&I regulations. 9)a)b) There are three assistant staff and one volunteer staff who are counted in staff-to-child ratio or could potentially be counted in ratio that do not appear to have current CPR and First Aid training.
